Lotus Ringe Kollektion

8. June 2022

Frederique Constant’s ‘Classics Heart Beat Moonphase Date’, which was introduced to the collection eight years ago, returns to the stage today with a new model. Curtains up for a classic in modern guise.

Charlotte Lynggaard’s lifelong romance with gemstones in rare hues finds a poetic expression in her collection of divine flowers that exude femininity and natural grace. Designed to be worn individually or in a bouquet of contrasting tones, after nearly three years of work Charlotte’s sketch design evolved into an idea that incorporated bold colors and a combination of metals. Inspired by the soft shapes of the lotus flower, the gold or silver petals fold around a large cabochon-cut gemstone in a variety of brilliant hues, endless sketches and prototypes followed until a final ring was completed in the goldsmith’s workshop in Hellerup, Denmark. This ring was the birth of Charlotte Lynggaard’s new jewelry collection called Lotus. The Lotus collection illustrates OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN’s passion for rare and colorful gemstones. Playful yet serene, a single lotus ring stands out. A whole bouquet in contrasting, unexpected nuances even more. The Lotus rings are made in 18 carat yellow gold, rose gold with diamonds and some in combination with black silver. They are stackable, too, and the earrings are interchangeable to create a versatile expression. The rings come in five different sizes, from the delicate Lotus 0 to the large Lotus 4. The collection exudes a luxurious bohemian spirit, with an abundance of rich colors and soft lines. OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN prides itself on being a selective customer, trusting that some of the world’s most prestigious gemstone suppliers know exactly where they are coming from – like trapeze artists flying calmly through the air, secure in the knowledge that they will meet their partner’s firm grip.
