We deliberately focus on a few special jewelry manufacturers who have captivated us with their outstanding craftsmanship for a long time. In addition, we produce our own studio jewelry in our jewelry workshop and with great deal of expertise in pearls and gemstones. Our goldsmiths also particularly enjoy turning individual customer wishes into reality – for your very own personal masterpiece! In addition to reworking and individual one-off creations, the care and preservation of the value of your favorite pieces has a key priority for us.
With impeccable care, mother-of-pearl can live for several hundred years. But all of our precious companions need special care and attention. Over time, fine deposits of cosmetics or dust, barely visible to the naked eye, reduce the luster and brilliance of your favorite piece. Professional cleaning in an ultrasonic device from time to time restores their radiance. Of course, we will clean and inspect jewelry purchased from us free of charge.
Jewelry that is hardly ever worn, forgotten in a drawer or lying dormant in a safe, does not fulfill the purpose for which we once chose this profession. Of course, the requirements we have for jewelry are subject to change, because tastes change. Nevertheless, you can continue the history of a family piece from one generation to the next – in your very own unique way.
The settings of stones should always be checked so that they do not get lost. This is especially true for rings that are worn every day! Jewelry tells the tales of our lives, but the patina of our biography should not be responsible for the loss of a stone or the snapping of a chain link. As a goldsmith with our own studio jewelry and deep expertise in pearls and gemstones, we repair your favorite pieces to bring you a lifetime of joy.
Hand engraving is the term used for all engravings that are done freehand with an engraving burin. Given the many shapes such a burin can have, we can work the most varied depressions and line thicknesses into the material. Preparing and handling the burin itself requires a very high degree of skill and ability. For example, there’s a big difference between the surface of a hollow silver sphere and the inner surface of a gold ring.
