Patek Philippe has reinterpreted its famous self-winding Annual Calendar Reference 5396 (with double day/month aperture at 12 o'clock and date aperture at 6 o'clock) in a white gold version. The blue sunburst dial with black-gradient rim is discreetly enhanced by the sparkle of 12 baguette-cut diamond hour-markers – an elegant contrast highlighting the extremely understated, legible design.
