With its self-winding flyback chronograph and Annual Calendar function, this model combines two of Patek Philippe's most sought-after complications. The ebony black opaline dial features an original layout, with calendar apertures arranged along the arc of a circle and a large 60-minute and 12-hour chronograph monocounter. This technical feat is enhanced by a setting of baguette-cut diamonds.
