This rose gold Twenty~4 features a perpetual calendar, one of Patek Philippe's most emblematic Grand Complications. Thanks to ultra-thin self-winding 240 Q caliber, the case is elegantly slim. The silver-tone dial is distinguished by its double vertically and horizontally satin-brushed finish reminiscent of shantung silk fabrics.
