Patek Philippe plays with color with this small-sized Ladies’ Nautilus featuring an azure blue lacquered dial. This original, refined nuance is echoed on the ultra-sturdy composite-material strap with fabric pattern secured by a white gold Nautilus fold-over clasp. The octagonal bezel is set with 46 brilliant-cut diamonds.
