Young Talents in the Spotlight

As part of INHORGENTA Munich 2026, the Central Association of German Watchmakers honored the most outstanding young talents in the German watchmaking trade. The award winners were ceremoniously recognized at the international leading trade fair for jewelry and watches. The three top prizewinners were presented with their awards by Association President Albert Fischer. Third place went to Yannik Weber, trained by Robin Israel. With precision, technical expertise, and exceptional craftsmanship, he impressed the jury. In recognition of his achievement, he received a Classics Premiere by Frederique Constant.

The Classics Premiere combines classic aesthetics with modern mechanics in a slim 38.50 mm case. Applied indices ensure clear legibility, while the transparent case back reveals the movement with its “Côte de Genève” finish. Inside beats the G100 La Joux-Perret caliber with a power reserve of 68 hours.

The award not only highlights the high quality of training in the German watchmaking trade, but also sends a strong signal for its successful and forward-looking development.
